Can I still fax or call to order notary service?
Yes.
Although, we highly recommend using our web form since orders are
acknowledged and processed more quickly. If you are a new customer,
please register with us first.
Will I be notified once an appointment has been scheduled?
Yes. Appointment confirmations are emailed or faxed back to all parties involved.
What can I do to make the signing appointment run smoothly?
Before
the signing appointment, we suggest you call your clients and brief
them on their terms, conditions, fees, and note rate. Also, inform them
of the mobile notary and any additional documentation that they need to
provide and returned with their signed documents. This briefing process
has proven to be an effective measure in preventing additional trips,
redraw of docs, and any technical questions our notaries are unable to
answer during the appointment.
What are your hours of operation?
Our office is open from:
Monday through Friday – 8:00am to 5:00pm (Pacific Standard Time)
(closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and most major holidays)
Our web form to order notary service is available 24 hours / 7 days a week. Web orders submitted after 3:00pm (Monday through Friday) will be processed on the following business day.
If you require immediate service after this time constraint, please call us during our normal business hours.
What are the browser requirements for the online web form?

How reliable and efficient is your ordering system?
Our
system is built on proprietary cutting edge software and is monitored
and operated by a team of experienced, knowledgeable staff. We are able
to process orders and send confirmations faster and be more efficient
than a dedicated fax and phone correspondence system.
Are your notaries experienced and will we be represented professionally?
Yes!
We select and train only qualified notaries to accommodate our
customer's loan signings. We require our notaries to follow stringent
guidelines and to keep us informed of each appointment. Rest assured,
you can count on being represented professionally.
